Edisi Siasat : Adakah Monsun-biz dan BossMailer itu Scam?
Is it true? I have done some research about Monsun.biz as well and finally I meet one of my friend who claimed that Monsun.biz is not a scam and his boss is actually the one who is the Mobile Income Resources Sdn Bhd (MIRSB) dealing with.
My friend’s name was Mohd Fuad working at Yayasan MARA and his boss name was Dato Rahim also as the CEO of Tabung Ekonomi Kumpulan Usaha Niaga (TEKUN, or Economic Business Group Fund) said, Monsun biz is actually a multi million project which can become a good prospect of income to Malaysian entrepreneurs. Looks like most of us didn’t fully understand about Monsun.biz. Don’t worry much and keep reading..
Monsun.biz is actually like a Virtual supergiant superhuge supermarket on the net(well..since Internet is border-less..) and what Monsun biz offer was the shop-lots on the super-giant super-huge supermarket.(can’t see the picture yet?) So..People need to buy the shop-lots on the supermarket and become owner of the lot.Lets say you buy 20 000 lot of shops and you can rent them for RM50 a month. 20 000 lots x RM50, you can get up to RM1,000,000 a month! Correct?
But that’s not all. When you buy the shop lots, you can get Bossmailer (worth RM2000), Payment gateway (worth RM10,000) and the most irresistible was a Call center which is worth RM15,000. I heard some people denying for what these systems can do. Let me tell you the detail for each of this systems.
1) Find targetted email from directories all over the world.
Firstly, Bossmailer is a system that have connections to a lot of mail service providers all over the world such as yahoo, google, msn. You can search the directories, find for your targeted customer’s emails (Locations, age, interests etc..) and send bulk emails to them to advertise your shops or products. That’s how you can get millions of targeted email addresses within few clicks. I saw some advertisements of selling 82Million of email addresses for RM600(For one time only). And lastly is for Callcenter. I’d say you really don’t want to miss this. I am sure most of you have experience of receiving SMS of “WIN A BMW 7 Series for answering 1 simple question. George Bush is male or female. Send your answer to 44444” Do you know that the Owner of this SMS business can get million of money for each of his campaign? The answer for how they do that is with using this what so called Call Center system. You can have one of this 5 digits call center number and start your own business of SMS service or contest.
Costs to start Monsun-Biz business
About the payment to buy these lots. Actually, what you need to pay was only 20% of the cost. For example for Minimarket package. The cost is RM5,000. You only need to pay RM1,000 and the rest will be paid by TEKUN as a loan. The profit from your shops and business will cover the loan later. To get the call center, you’ll need to pay RM10,000 for the LandLord package. Don’t bother about the cost since you can get a lot more than that later.

The Monsun.biz is still haven’t launched yet. (I don’t remember the date, maybe I can ask my friend later and update this post tomorrow.) The site is still under construction. That’s it..Hurm….Well I admit that the website is one thing that make people did not believe monsun.biz. They really should make the website better if they want to gain people trust.
The Prospects
You don’t have to worry about people who will rent your virtual shop lots. TEKUN alone have thousands of small business entrepreneurs and TEKUN also will make another rule for each entrepreneur who joined TEKUN must rent the shop lots inside Monsun.biz. Other than that, you can get any renter from all over the world yourself with the help of bossmailer and payment gateway.
The comparison I get about Monsun biz with other website. For blogger and webmasters, you might have the ability to sell some ads space inside our blog just like selling shop lots. But with joining Monsun-Biz, you can get those three very nice systems to help you increase your business income a lot more.

BOSSMAILER CONTAIN MALWARE?
There are another bossmailer website (you can read the post from Shamsuriyadi). The address of the website also warned by google. Bossmailer.biz is the classified as containing malware. another one is Bossmailer.com.

Well, I’m really not sure about that but I guess MIRSB wouldn’t take a chance to put malware on their multi-million project.
