How do you (MIRSB) sell this product with inadequate customer support and live with the conscience? Your level or competence &#38; understanding of the product is practically zero, except for that Mr Sidek, who after a while starts ignoring your phonecalls because he too doesnt know his system well enough. The rest of your staff is atrociously sub-standard. Combined, you do understand that I have a good case to put up a report with MCMC, who (if you forget) governs you TOO!

What do you plan to do about the PakCiks and the MakCiks who took a chunk out of their savings in lieu of the promise(s) you unashamedly made on stage that they will succeed and achieve better income with your system, and now who have been left stranded and clueless about how to implement it? What POOR business ethics you have! It's just so sad/embarrassing to have people like you participate in Malaysian business.

By the way, your classes/lessons only explains 'what' the system is about, but NOT how to do it. And are you trying to run a business, or a sensationalized stage-show with all that song and dance, literally? I bet I can gather at least 100 unsatisfied clients, and pay MCMC a visit as a collective, and state our case. If you cant handle simple business problems, let's see how MCMC can make business 'easier' for you!

hurm..memang..biasanya payment gateway akan ada charge. Bnda bukan murah. Saya pun tak tahu berapa kos untuk open 1 payment gateway tapi yang pastinya memang mahal dan ada charge atas setiap penggunaan. cuma MIRSB tak bagitahu dengan detail (Untuk melariskan selling derg la tu kot..)

Pasal kebajikan pengguna..Hurm..Setelah saya survey jugak..memang mengeciwakan..Nampaknya MIRSB kali ni memang ada sistem marketing yg bagus (sampai makcik tua yg xtau pape pun leh bli produk derg walau xtau pape) tapi produk dan sistem pengurusan derg hancur.

Tapi memang dah nampak pun. Saya pun tertanya2 sebab apa produk dah sell banyak tapi program tak launching lagi.

Sebelum ini saya masih berharapan agar monsun biz ni betul2 dapat bantu rakyat malaysia. tapi setelah survey lagi, nampaknya sistem monsun biz ni memang 1 sistem yang tak bagus.produk je kira bagus la tu..gempak2..tapi sepatutnya MIRSB perlu bagi bimbingan jugak kepada usahawan2 ni untuk maju dan tak perlu berselindung2..

Nasib baik la encik problem dah untung jugak dengan biz sms. Nway..jika encik problem nak tulung org len yg join biz ni, Saya pun turut berterima kasih &#038; menggalakkan anda..Good luck..  :fac11:</description>

SAYA merupakan salah seorang pembeli produk diorang...DISEMBER 07 first batch...time tu diorang panggil callcenter...

Skang ni aku ade callcenter(i-gomobile), payment gateway, &#38; bossmailler....

So far sy buat i-gomobile...sms ler senang citer...sy ad kat majalah dan alhamdulillah untung walaupun sikit...mungkin sebab tuhan nak bg rezezi kot memandangkan banyak lagi yg rugi dlm batch yg sama....ade dgr2 la...kesian gak..

TAPI!!!!!!!!!!

Yang jadikan saya tak puas hati ni...system &#38; apa yg diorg ckap sebelum nih....byk sgt yg bercanggah....nasib baik saya ni celik sikit membaca sistem ni selepas 3-4 bulan dah buat...yg buta plak harap2 lama kelamaan diorang nampak la...

SOME OF THE THING YG I TAK PUAS HATI....

Time first2 beli diorg ckap gateway takde charge ape2 kat content provider..just bahagi 2 jer ngan TELCO...yer ler time tu kurang bijak la kan..huhu...TETAPI secara tibe2 tanpa notis ada charge 10% plak....tu baru satu....dua plak...diorg ckap TELCO byr direct kepada content provider(saya) TETAPI secara logik dan research yg saya buat(skit jer) mmg sah gateway amik dulu baru la kepada content provider....terima kasih kepada irwan dahnil dengan penerangan anda dlm website...tanpa anda saya akan agak blur jugak.....tepuk2...huhu


WHY??!!!!!!!

Kadang2 saya tak faham kenapa diorang perlu tipu benda yg diorg tak payah nak tipu pon....tak tipu pon saya beli gak....btul tak? 

ADA LAGI MASALAH.....

Dalam statistik pon masalah jugak....tak tepat dan mengelirukan....bila tanya sorang cakap lain...n sorang tak tau langsung...merepek la diorang ni....kalau ada 1000 orang macam saya nak tanyer kat 3 orang teknikal yg dier ader mesti mampos punyer nak jawab sekor2....yg saya heran tu...bulan 1 dan 2 setengah masih ada lagi statistik dari maxis...tibe2 puff hilang begitu sahaja...mmg akan hilang ker? diorang cakap maxis amik untuk check....tapi kenapa takde notis...kalau ada notis mungkin saya tak tulis kat sini.....bg la notis...please....saya baru belajar...

LAGI MASALAH STATISTIK.....

Diorg cakap celcom amik 50%...saya dapat 50%...tapi kat statistik len la plak....tak faham la...PLEASE LIGHTEN ME UP...

Ada pulak satu time tu server down.....pergh kalau saya advertise kat paper time tu mesti mampos punyer....huhu nasib baik ad kat majalah....

Yg terharunyer...saya dh bg email address...knapa tak poskan any benda2 baru kepada saya??NOTIS!!!NOTIS!!!NOTIS!!! kalau kene pakai surat lain ler....diorg kan pakar bidang ICT...tapi diorg tak practice benda tu sendiri kat syrkt diorg...pelik...

APA yang saya cuba nyatakan disini ialah agar pihak mirsb memperbaiki apa yg kurang...maaf jika medium yg saya gunakan tidak tepat....IA ADALAH kerana MIRSB sendiri yg memaksa saya secara mentalnya untuk berbuat seperti ini....

FIKIRLAH macam mana pihak korang(MIRSB) untuk membantu kami yg mempunyai masalah ini....saya dah bagi idea kepada salah seorang daripada agen korang tetapi cam takde benda jadi pon....

INI BUKAN MASALAH YG DATANG DARI INDIVIDU YG MEMBELI TETAPI SYRKT YG MENJUAL.....kalau datang dari diri sendiri seperti tidak pandai menggunakan sistem atau tak reti bisnes lain la criter..k...saya bukan melenting sebab saya rugi dalam bisnes yg korang bagi tetapi sistem sms korang yg memeningkan kepala saya....bukan salah saya advertise atau apa...SISTEM YG FAILURE....FAIL LA!!!!!!!!!!

Saya still nak advertise lagi kat majalah lagi tetapi saya tak dapat berbuat demikian kerana statistik yg diberikan tidak tepat dan memeningkan....Modal saya dah kene gam dgn org yg bg modal...(rahsia)...hehe sebab saya tak dapat bg statistik yg tepat kat diorang...saya nak cepat maju tapi korang yg secara halusnya yg membantutkan pergerakan saya....

UNTUK PENGATAHUAN SEMUA...saya dah pegi ke pejabat MIRSB kat the mall tu...encik yg duduk kat depan skali tu pon tak leh nak jawab soalan saya...muka confident jer awal2...tibe2 tercengang ngan sistem sendiri...pastu tipu saya plak tu...dier cakap nak fowardkan soalan saya kepada en sidek(sebab dier tak dapat nak jawab) dan dier akan call saya lagi dua hari....tapi skang ni dah dekat dua bulan dah....jumpe lagi skali kat luar...buat derk jer ngan saya...

Saya berharap sangat ada pihak mirsb(yg berkenaan) membaca apa yg saya poskan ini....

Lagi satu...terdetik kat hati saya kesian kepada orang yg membeli tetapi tidak tahu menggunakannya....ada makcik yg saya jumpe...dah beli...tapi kesian coz tak tau gune dan masih daif dalam sales(monsun)...dier sendiri pon cakap kat saya yg dier tak penah pegang komputer....takde suami coz bercerai...ada anak nak tanggung....brenti keje sebab nak buat monsun...kesian sgt2...

Saya sekarang tgh buat group....jadi kepada yg dah beli sistem sms ni email saya kalau ada apa2 masalah dan kalau nak lagi senang call jer..email dulu baru saya bg nombor telefon k...setakat nak guna....saya dah fully tahu.....tapi masalah yg seperti kat atas saya sendiri pon tgh cari jawapan.....sedang usaha lagi...nanti dah dapat jawapan saya akan bg tahu...

Group saya skang ada 3 orang....kawasan KL...saya dah bantu diorang buat benda nih dan saya janji saya boleh bantu korang...takde bayaran...free jer...saya ikhlas nak tolong bangsa saya sendiri.....kalau bukan bangsa saya pon saya tolong....jgn risau...saya tak racist...hehe...

MIRSB please think about others too...please...i beg u...stop the mass selling....please...just for a while look back at those people who need help...stop selling FOR AWHILE and help us in what we do...im the first batch n still im looking answer for too many questions...mostly about the system....
