Hi all, For these few weeks I’ve been reading a lot of posts from other blog that telling something is not right about Monsun.biz like a “scam”. Here are the list of other posts :-

Edisi Siasat : Adakah Monsun-biz dan BossMailer itu Scam?

Is it true? I have done some research about Monsun.biz as well and finally I meet one of my friend who claimed that Monsun.biz is not a scam and his boss is actually the one who is the Mobile Income Resources Sdn Bhd (MIRSB) dealing with.

My friend’s name was Mohd Fuad working at Yayasan MARA and his boss name was Dato Rahim also as the CEO of Tabung Ekonomi Kumpulan Usaha Niaga (TEKUN, or Economic Business Group Fund) said, Monsun biz is actually a multi million project which can become a good prospect of income to Malaysian entrepreneurs. Looks like most of us didn’t fully understand about Monsun.biz. Don’t worry much and keep reading..

Monsun.biz is actually like a Virtual supergiant superhuge supermarket on the net(well..since Internet is border-less..) and what Monsun biz offer was the shop-lots on the super-giant super-huge supermarket.(can’t see the picture yet?) So..People need to buy the shop-lots on the supermarket and become owner of the lot.Lets say you buy 20 000 lot of shops and you can rent them for RM50 a month. 20 000 lots x RM50, you can get up to RM1,000,000 a month! Correct?

But that’s not all. When you buy the shop lots, you can get Bossmailer (worth RM2000), Payment gateway (worth RM10,000) and the most irresistible was a Call center which is worth RM15,000. I heard some people denying for what these systems can do. Let me tell you the detail for each of this systems.

1) Find targetted email from directories all over the world.
Firstly, Bossmailer is a system that have connections to a lot of mail service providers all over the world such as yahoo, google, msn. You can search the directories, find for your targeted customer’s emails (Locations, age, interests etc..) and send bulk emails to them to advertise your shops or products. That’s how you can get millions of targeted email addresses within few clicks. I saw some advertisements of selling 82Million of email addresses for RM600(For one time only). Now, with bossmailer, you can get a lot more and can do your campaign as many time as you want.

2) Accept any type of payment from all over the world.
Second is for Payment gateway. This payment gateway is the one like paypal, e-gold or moneybookers. Yup, you can accept any payment method from your customers. Easy. Short and sweet description..

And lastly is for Callcenter. I’d say you really don’t want to miss this. I am sure most of you have experience of receiving SMS of “WIN A BMW  7 Series for answering 1 simple question. George Bush is male or female. Send your answer to 44444” Do you know that the Owner of this SMS business can get million of money for each of his campaign? The answer for how they do that is with using this what so called Call Center system. You can have one of this 5 digits call center number and start your own business of SMS service or contest.

Costs to start Monsun-Biz business
About the payment to buy these lots. Actually, what you need to pay was only 20% of the cost. For example for Minimarket package. The cost is RM5,000. You only need to pay RM1,000 and the rest will be paid by TEKUN as a loan. The profit from your shops and business will cover the loan later. To get the call center, you’ll need to pay RM10,000 for the LandLord package. Don’t bother about the cost since you can get a lot more than that later.

Monsun-Biz website
The Monsun.biz is still haven’t launched yet. (I don’t remember the date, maybe I can ask my friend later and update this post tomorrow.) The site is still under construction. That’s it..Hurm….Well I admit that the website is one thing that make people did not believe monsun.biz. They really should make the website better if they want to gain people trust.

The Prospects
    You don’t have to worry about people who will rent your virtual shop lots. TEKUN alone have thousands of small business entrepreneurs and TEKUN also will make another rule for each entrepreneur who joined TEKUN must rent the shop lots inside Monsun.biz. Other than that, you can get any renter from all over the world yourself with the help of bossmailer and payment gateway.

The comparison I get about Monsun biz with other website. For blogger and webmasters, you might have the ability to sell some ads space inside our blog just like selling shop lots. But with joining Monsun-Biz, you can get those three very nice systems to help you increase your business income a lot more.

BOSSMAILER CONTAIN MALWARE?
There are another bossmailer website (you can read the post from Shamsuriyadi). The address of the website also warned by google. Bossmailer.biz is the classified as containing malware. another one is Bossmailer.com.

“Note that in some cases, third parties can add malicious code to legitimate sites, which would cause us to show the warning message.”

Well, I’m really not sure about that but I guess MIRSB wouldn’t take a chance to put malware on their multi-million project.

   A webmaster should not just make a website for a few readers. But targeting millions of readers from all over the world is not an easy work. Work has to be done such as getting it optimized for search engines. Your web site has to be made search engine friendly, that is to say, it must meet certain expectations of the “crawlers” or “spiders” of search engines. The index that these crawlers have created will be used in ascertaining the status of your web site in terms of relevancy to the requests of users.

FIRST OF ALL, THE DOMAIN NAME CREDIBILITIES
   You must have planned everything for your site before applying it physically don’t you? A domain name should not be too long or difficult to remember. It should relate to the content of your web site. Within the domain name, there should preferably be keywords that a crawler will understand. Abbreviations, dashes, underscores, numerals and other meaningless characters should all be avoided. Always opt for a .com name if possible, simply because it is a more common term that readers think of.

It will be beneficial to put yourself in the shoes of your customers. You can think about how they will go about searching for information, and you can subsequently choose appropriate terms that will capture traffic to your site. A great research tool to use is Wordtracker. You’ll be surprise by the result of good meta usage. 

I ALWAYS SAID THIS WORD, CONTENT IS KING
     It is imperative to provide good and rich content on your web site. The content should always be keyword-rich, as this facilitates good classification of your pages by the search engines. It must be interesting and entertaining. Quality is the keyword as far as content is concerned. Remember, this is very important. Content should therefore be fresh and should never be a duplicate. Search engines now include in their search algorithm ways to effect measurement of freshness of content on all sites. and remember that spiders cannot read images, use < ALT > tags for images as it can increase your site traffic.

FEED THE VISITORS, KEEP THEM UP TO DATE
    Another tips is to encourage your visitor to subscribe to your site. Best way is to have site feed such as RSS or Atom. This way you can cut your time from wasting it to advertise other way to send updates to readers. One more things that need to be done is submit your feed to feed directories.

BUILDING LINK EMPIRE
     Web sites that get incoming links do get a higher ranking.     As stated in my older post (Get search engine rank with footer), its true that search engine also focusing on the footer of the page. It will be best if you put your key-phrases and some links on the footer of each page.

ENVIRONMENTAL FRIENDLY SITE
   Your site is too full of contents plus heavy images, multi-medias to attract your visitor. Actually it’s not really useful. The right thing to do is make a crawler friendly pages. Don’t waste your time with applications of spamming strategies such as irrelevant metadata and hidden text. You won’t like it when you loose. Play it smart when you are in your zest aiming for higher search-engine rankings. Avoid strategies that offer the easy way out for getting good ranking.

LASTLY, JUST RELAX…
   Simple word…Relax.. It may take some time to reach search engine No 1 spot. The time spent on search engine optimization for your web site will definitely not be lost just because the top spot is not reached yet. There are still numerous other ways of capturing traffic besides performing a little more tweaking of your site.

    As the conclusion, your web site must be optimized for search engines, as this will help you secure a better search result, better site ranking, and not forgetting increase in site traffic.
